מדיניות פרטיות 

עודכנה לאחרונה: 1/9/2025 | גרסה זו נועדה לעמוד בדרישות הדין הישראלי, לרבות תיקון 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות.

1) מי אנחנו ובאיזו מדיניות מדובר

המדיניות חלה על אתרי האינטרנט: [medisale.org], [medisimulator.com], [surgicaly.com] וכל דפי המשנה/שירותים המקוונים שלנו (להלן: “האתרים”).

2) איזה מידע אנו אוספים

• מידע מסופק ישירות: פרטי קשר, פרטי הזמנה/משלוח, תכולת פניות שירות, מסמכים מצורפים.

• מידע מתהליכים אוטומטיים: כתובת IP, מזהי מכשיר/דפדפן, עוגיות (Cookies), אירועי שימוש, נתוני ביצועים/אבטחה.

• מידע מצדדים שלישיים לפי הצורך: סליקה, משלוחים, דיוור, אנליטיקה ופרסום (מפורט בס׳ 7).

3) מטרות העיבוד

• תפעול האתר, מכירות, חיוב, אספקה ותמיכה.

• ניהול חשבון, אימות וזיהוי משתמש.

• עמידה בדרישות חוק (חשבונאות, מיסוי, אבטחת מידע).

• שיווק ישיר בהסכמה (דוא״ל/WhatsApp/SMS) – רק לאחר Opt-in מפורש, ובאפשרות הסרה בכל עת.

• שיפור חוויית משתמש, מדידה ואנליטיקה.

4) עקרונות והסתמכויות

• שקיפות ומידתיות: איסוף לצרכים מוגדרים בלבד.

• הסכמה לדיוור: נפרדת ומפורשת; ניתן לבטל בכל עת.

• קיום חיוב משפטי/חוזי: לעיבוד הנדרש להזמנה/חשבונית/שירות.

• אינטרס לגיטימי: אבטחה, מניעת הונאות, תחזוקה.

5) זכויות נושאי מידע והגשת בקשות

כפוף לדין החל, עומדות לך הזכויות: עיון, תיקון, מחיקה, הגבלה, התנגדות לשיווק ישיר, וניידות נתונים במקרים מסוימים.

בקשות יש לשלוח ל־info@medisale.org. אנו נשיב בתוך עד 30 יום. ניתן להגיש פנייה/תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות בישראל.

6) עוגיות (Cookies) וניהול העדפות

אנו משתמשים בעוגיות: תפקודיות, סטטיסטיות, ו־שיווקיות. בגלישה באתר הנך מסכים למדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.

7) שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים (קטגוריות עיקריות)

• אירוח/אחסון/תשתיות (למשל: חברת אחסון, CDN).

• סליקה ותשלומים (למשל: [PayPal/Tranzila/Stripe]).

• משלוחים ולוגיסטיקה (למשל: UPS, DHL, ספקי שליחויות מקומיים).

• דיוור ושיווק (למשל: Brevo (Sendinblue), מערכת SMS/WhatsApp מורשית).

• אנליטיקה/פרסום (למשל: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel).

  כל ספק פועל כ־מעבד עבורנו בכפוף להסכמים מתאימים ולחובות אבטחה וסודיות.

8) העברות מחוץ לישראל

ככל שמידע מועבר מחוץ לישראל (למשל ל־EU/EEA/US), ניישם מנגנוני הגנה מתאימים (הסכמים חוזיים סטנדרטיים, בקרות אבטחה, צמצום נתונים והצפנה ככל שנדרש).

9) אבטחת מידע

אמצעי אבטחה מנהליים, טכניים ופיזיים: TLS/SSL, בקרות גישה, ריבוד הרשאות, ניטור חריגות, עדכוני תוכנה שוטפים, הצפנה במערכות רלוונטיות. אין אבטחה מוחלטת, אך אנו פועלים לפי סטנדרטים מקובלים.

10) ילדים וקטינים

האתרים אינם מיועדים לקטינים מתחת לגיל 18. אין איסוף מודע של מידע מקטינים ללא הסכמת הורה/אפוטרופוס כמתחייב בדין.

11) שמירת נתונים

• הזמנות/חשבוניות – 7 שנים (חובה חשבונאית).

• פניות תמיכה – עד 24 חודשים ממענה אחרון.

• נתוני דיוור – עד ביטול הסכמה או 24 חודשים מאי-פעילות.

• לוגים טכניים/אבטחה – עד 12 חודשים (שיפור/חקר תקלות).

12) עדכוני מדיניות

נעדכן מעת לעת ונפרסם גרסה מעודכנת. המשך שימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה למדיניות כפי שעודכנה.

• Directly provided data: contact details, order/shipping details, support inquiries, uploaded documents.

• Automatically collected data: IP address, device/browser identifiers, cookies, usage events, performance/security logs.

• From third parties (as needed): payment processing, shipping, marketing, analytics/ads (see §7).

3) Purposes of processing

• Operating the Sites, sales, billing, fulfillment, and support.

• Account management, authentication, user identification.

• Legal compliance (accounting, taxation, security).

• Direct marketing with consent (email/WhatsApp/SMS) — separate opt-in, with easy opt-out anytime.

• UX improvement, measurement, and analytics.

4) Principles & legal bases

• Transparency & data minimization — collection for defined purposes only.

• Consent for marketing — separate and explicit; revocable at any time.

• Legal/contractual necessity — processing required for orders/invoicing/service.

• Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, maintenance.

5) Your rights & requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to direct marketing, and, where applicable, data portability.

6) Cookies & preferences

We use functional, analytics, and marketing cookies. By surfing in our web site, you agree to our privecy terms.

7) Sharing with third parties (main categories)

• Hosting/Infrastructure/CDN.

• Payments (e.g., [PayPal/Tranzila/Stripe]).

• Shipping/Logistics (e.g., UPS, DHL).

• Email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing (e.g., Brevo (Sendinblue), approved messaging providers).

• Analytics/Advertising (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel).

  Providers act as our processors under appropriate data-processing and confidentiality/security agreements.

8) International transfers

Where data is transferred outside Israel (e.g., to the EU/EEA/US), we implement appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, security controls, data minimization, and encryption where required).

9) Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: TLS/SSL, access controls, role-based permissions, anomaly monitoring, regular updates, and encryption where relevant. While no method is 100% secure, we follow industry-standard practices.

10) Children

The Sites are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental/guardian consent as required by law.

11) Retention 

• Orders/invoices — 7 years (statutory).

• Support inquiries — up to 24 months from last interaction.

• Marketing data — until consent is withdrawn or 24 months of inactivity.

• Technical/security logs — up to 12 months (for security and troubleshooting).

12) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and post the latest version. Continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
